Job summary

7 Leaves Café in Garden Grove is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive daily operations, develop team members, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

You will lead by example on the floor, assist with scheduling and training, and support the Store Manager while growing into higher leadership roles. The role is onsite at 12002 Harbor Blvd with a pay range of $21.50–$23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, retail or food service preferred.
• Ability to work at assigned locations within the district or county.
• Developing leadership skills and ability to coach and develop team members.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor and support scheduling, onboarding, and training.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain service standards.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and coaching team members.
