Staples is seeking a General Manager in Amherst, NH to lead a collaborative, customer-focused retail team. You will drive community relationships, merchandise sales, and the print/marketing services portfolio while upholding Staples values.

You'll cultivate a consultative selling culture, coach managers, and oversee store operations to deliver exceptional service and profitable results for the local market.

Formación

• 1+ year store management experience as General/Store Manager.
• Experience in store operations, planning, financial acumen and driving results.
• Experience creating a customer centric consultative selling environment providing total solutions.
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range and climb ladders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strong leadership in community, customer service, sales, and team development.
• Lead merchandise sales, print & marketing services, and retail operations.
• Drive profitable sales and margins while improving YoY performance.
• Coach managers to create a consultative selling culture and total solutions.
