Staples, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead a store with a focus on community engagement, customer service, and a consultative sales approach.

You will guide a team across merchandise, print & marketing services, and retail operations, driving profitable sales and strong store performance while delivering an inclusive, team-oriented culture. You will be accountable for flawless execution of operations, coaching managers, and building relationships with local businesses to grow Staples'

Qualifications

• 1+ year of progressively responsible store management in retail.
• Experience driving customer-centric, consultative selling and total solutions.
• Experience developing a team to achieve YOY sales and margins.
• Ability to lift 10–50 pounds and perform physical duties.
• Staples does not sponsor work visas.

Responsabilités

• Provide strong leadership in community, customer service, sales, and team development.
• Lead merchandise sales, print & marketing services and retail operations.
• Drive profitable sales and margin while reducing variability and improving performance YoY.
• Ensure flawless execution of operational excellence across the store.
• Coach every manager and supervisor to create a culture of consultative selling and total solutions.
• Own overall leadership of running a store; perform additional responsibilities as needed.
