Victra is the largest Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States. As a Store Manager, you coach your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will drive store operations, lead by example on the sales floor, and participate in ongoing NHU-style training while maintaining brand standards and customer focus. This hourly role offers commission-based earning potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or wireless sales preferred.
• Ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales using our sales process.
• Lead your team by resolving customer issues and supporting transactions.
• Take direction from senior management on daily operations.
• Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals with the sales team.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Monitor inventory and store appearance; ensure planogram compliance.
• Open and close the store and manage daily cash handling.
