Aufgaben

• Collaboratively communicating with HQ on merchandise sell-through, stock levels, sales trends, and customer feedback.
• Analyze sales data and reports to identify opportunities, determine product reorders, and react quickly to business needs.
• Generate inventory reports, sales goals, staff schedules, performance reviews, weekly and monthly store reports.
• Ensure visual merchandising directives are implemented and company visual standards are maintained.
• Coordinate store operations including fixture changes, merchandising strategy, and inventory management.
• Utilize and track KPIs to gain business insight and gauge progress.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, policies, and events.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and lead by example.
• Evaluate and develop store associates through feedback, recognizing strengths and contributions.
• Regularly perform store maintenance duties such as cleaning, organizing, trash disposal, fixture assembly and removal.
• Serve as the main point of contact for brick-and-mortar operations.
• Embodies the brand in attitude, spirit, demeanor, and appearance.
• Work evenings and weekends, including peak holiday times.
