Job summary

Läderach Store Manager position in Minneapolis, MN, leads the store team to deliver exceptional chocolate retail experiences. You will oversee sales, merchandising, inventories, and staff training, while upholding brand standards and customer service excellence.

A chocolate-loving leader with proven retail leadership is preferred, with opportunities to influence regional strategies. You will drive performance, schedule shifts, and ensure a positive, compliant store environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail with increasing responsibility.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficient computer skills including email, MS 365, data entry, and POS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and motivate staff to provide superior service.
• Oversee product sales, register duties, shop and shelf care, and in-store order fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate seasonal staging and product merchandising.
• Schedule staff shifts and coordinate store meetings/events.
• Maintain store inventory accuracy and compliance with loss prevention standards.
• Communicate corporate values to customers and employees and support Regional Manager goals.
