Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience, motivate staff to provide excellent service.
• Oversee product sales, register duties, shop and shelf care, gift packaging and in-store orders.
• Ensure accurate product merchandising and seasonal staging.
• Schedule staff shifts and coordinate store meetings/events.
• Support store inventory orders and loss prevention standards.
• Communicate corporate values to customers and employees.
• Assume additional duties as assigned by Regional Manager.
