Läderach in Minneapolis is seeking a Store Manager to champion a premium chocolate shopping experience and lead a retail team.

You will oversee sales, register duties, merchandising, scheduling, and staff development while upholding corporate values and standards. The role requires at least 3 years in retail with increasing responsibility, strong leadership, reliable scheduling, and a passion for chocolate. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in retail with increasing responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, staff management and customer service skills.
• Proficient with email, Microsoft 365, data entry, spreadsheets and POS.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and motivate staff to provide superior service.
• Oversee product sales, register duties, shop and shelf care, gift packaging and in-store order fulfillment.
• Ensure accuracy of seasonal merchandising and store inventory orders.
• Schedule staff shifts and coordinate store meetings/events.
• Maintain store compliance and loss prevention standards.
• Act as a key communicator of corporate values to customers and employees.
• Take on other role-related responsibilities as assigned by the Regional Manager.
