Job summary

Pandora NAM in New York seeks a Store Manager who will be the face of the brand on the shop floor, coaching a team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences. You will lead, develop, and empower a group of assistants and sales associates while maintaining brand standards and operational excellence.

You will partner with leadership to meet aggressive KPIs, manage workflows, and ensure staffing, visual merchandising, and reporting are aligned with Pandora’s standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proven ability to recruit, retain, and develop teams.
• Analytical mindset with business acumen to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates.
• Engage with customers on the sales floor to drive sales and deliver exceptional experiences.
• Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR Generalist to address performance issues and policy violations.
• Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives and store operations.
• Foster talent growth and provide real-time feedback to meet KPI goals.
