You will lead a bold retail team, drive sales, KPI attainment, and customer experience while managing store P&L and visual standards. This role demands strategic planning, leadership, and hands-on coaching to achieve brand standards and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail store management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and People Management: create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment and culture by establishing a vision for the store based on key metrics and initiatives and cascading these to all team members.
• Working With Others: establish supportive relationships with all team members, focusing on development and collaboration to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
• Guest Experience: build a delighted and loyal customer base through clienteling by analyzing customer profiles, buying trends, and providing product education and in-store support.
• Operations: ensure execution and maintenance of visual directives and manage quarterly and annual planning for the store, including budget and store P&L.
