Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in New Jersey to lead a dynamic team and drive results across all store operations.

You will mentor associates, partner with cross-functional leaders, and uphold our values while delivering a world-class shopping experience. Responsibilities include overseeing daily merchandising, staffing, and execution of promotions, while maintaining strong customer service and operational standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and pricing with relevant store teams.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs and chargebacks for inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD); lead by example and uphold Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and store expense budgets; review reporting and records.
• Recruit, screen and hire associates; onboard and coach for development.
