Burlington Stores, Inc. is looking for a Store Manager to lead a multi-million-dollar store operation and drive sales while delivering a world-class shopping experience.

You will mentor and coach the team, partner with cross-store leaders, and ensure service excellence with integrity and trust. You will own merchandising, operations, and service management day-to-day, manage staffing and scheduling, and develop associates to maximize performance.

Formación

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Travel may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to implement company policies and initiatives.
• Ensure team members fulfill their responsibilities.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and pricing with Merchandising leadership.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargebacks to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example and uphold Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales and expense budgets; review reporting and records.
• Recruit, screen and hire associates to meet staffing needs.
• Facilitate onboarding/training and provide ongoing coaching.
• Handle personnel and associate relations issues.
• Oversee payroll budget management, scheduling, and workforce planning.
• Coordinate communication among store, district and regional teams.
