Responsibilities

• Ensure store is open and closed on time daily.
• Schedule staff to provide service.
• Provide overall direction to personnel to meet and exceed store goals.
• Monitor workflow to service vehicles within time limits.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service and resolve problems.
• Maintain and enforce cash controls and deposits.
• Supervise and train personnel and conduct evaluations.
• Educate employees on product/service offerings.
• Ensure proper tools are available on-site.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly paperwork.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies.
• Provide vehicle services and explain services to customers.
• Adhere to safety rules and regulations.
• Attend manager meetings and communicate with leadership.
