Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Summit in Ripley, WV is seeking a Store Manager to lead a 30-40 person team and oversee daily operations, customer service, and donation flow. The role focuses on delivering a positive shopping experience while advancing the organization's mission in the community.

As a motivated leader with strong people skills, you will drive sales, manage inventory, and coordinate with leadership to support job training and community programs.

Qualifications

• High school or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years related manager or supervisor experience.
• Ability to operate Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to manage aspects of retail store as well as donation/inventory control.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills with both large groups and individual focus.
• Proven track record to increase sales in a retail setting.
• Some travel required.
• Must have valid driver's license and ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities
