Goodwill Industries of the Summit is seeking a Store Manager to lead a 30–40 person team, oversee daily operations, and drive donation production to fund community programs. You will ensure excellent customer service and manage retail activities with a focus on growth and mission impact.

The ideal candidate has prior management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a customer-first mindset. A valid driver's license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of three years related manager or supervisor experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a track record in service.
• Must have valid driver’s license and pass background/drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 30–40 associates and oversee daily operations.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and drive donation production to fund programs.
• Manage store activities including retail operations and donation/inventory control.
