Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Summit is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations and a team of 30-40 associates in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee donation processing, customer service, and sales performance to fund community programs and job training.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to our mission of empowering individuals in the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three (3) years related manager or supervisor experience.
• Ability to operate Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to manage aspects of retail store as well as donation/inventory control.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills with both large groups and individual focus.
• Proven track record to increase sales in a retail setting.
