You will recruit, train, and develop staff, manage scheduling and inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and labor regulations while fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years management/supervisory experience in service/food industry or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding service and drive sales.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and reporting to identify opportunities for growth and cost control.
• Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team with ongoing feedback and performance management.
