Qualifications

• 3 years management/supervisory experience in service, food industry or equivalent.
• Open availability and ability to work 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work varied hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. and 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding service and drive sales.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and analyze reports to identify growth and cost-control opportunities.
• Create a positive work environment with coaching, recognition, and open communication to retain staff.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with ongoing performance feedback.
• Maintain high standards of cafe operations, cleanliness, quality, staffing, and safety compliance.
• Schedule, deploy, and manage staffing to meet productivity and service goals.
