Burlington Stores, Inc. in Murphy, TX is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of a multi-million-dollar store operation, drive sales, mentor a team, and deliver a world-class shopping experience while upholding Our Burlington values.

You will manage merchandising, operations, scheduling, and staff development; build partnerships with associates across branches; and ensure outstanding customer service with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule; including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Travel may be required from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure implementation of policies and initiatives.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and store budget with accurate reporting and record-keeping.
• Recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members; partner with district and regional teams.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a world-class shopping experience for guests.
• Oversee merchandising, operations, and scheduling to maximize sales results.
