Burlington Stores in Texas is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all store operations, drive sales, and deliver a world-class shopping experience. You will mentor the team, manage daily merchandising, and uphold Burlington's values.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record of achieving results in a multi-million-dollar store. You’ll partner with district and regional teams and ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Travel may be required from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure implementation of established policies and initiatives.
• Ensure Assistant Managers and store team members fulfill their responsibilities.
• Coordinate merchandising, promotions and pricing with Merchandising leadership.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargebacks for inventory accuracy.
• Lead by example as MOD and uphold Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expense budget with reporting.
• Recruit, screen and hire associates to meet staffing needs.
