Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or two years of college with extraordinary managerial experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• Some front-line retail and managerial experience also required.
• Provide own transportation if needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the behavior of all hourly personnel and ensure a safe, clean, and friendly store environment.
• Lead with professional behavior and sound decision-making for staff at all levels.
• Meet store sales and production goals.
• Hire and train staff and perform written employee evaluations.
• Develop and implement store operating plans and read/store reports regularly.
• Maintain merchandising standards, cash handling, and banking procedures.
