• Drive store performance by achieving sales and operational goals.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers and donors.
• Develop and execute store operating plans aligned with mission goals.
• Monitor store performance reports for growth opportunities.

• Oversee cash handling, banking, and reporting cycles.
