TEAM Wireless is seeking a Store Manager to lead operations at our Kalispell store. You will recruit, coach, and Develop Sales Representatives while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and measurable sales growth.

You will manage daily store operations, inventory, scheduling, and adherence to Verizon standards. The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and the ability to balance people management with driving profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales management experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of wireless sales or related industry experience preferred.
• Verizon Wireless experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Representatives.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train new employees.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Drive store sales and profitability by executing company initiatives and sales strategies.
• Oversee daily store operations and inventory management.
• Create schedules and ensure staffing coverage during all operating hours.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain Verizon standards.
