You will train and develop consultants, motivate the team, and participate in weekly leadership calls. This hourly role reports to the District Manager and emphasizes performance, collaboration, and integrity.

Qualifikationen

• Background in customer service within retail or wireless environments preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or in a leadership role.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
