Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Casey’s store with focus on team development, guest service, merchandising, and daily operations.

You will coach and mentor team members, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure high standards of quality and service at the store level. The role emphasizes leadership, budget management, and adherence to Casey’s CARES values, while offering a customizable career path within a Fortune 400 company and eligibility for performance

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way and coach them to succeed.
• Model Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events; keep scheduling up to date and communicated.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, store walks, task lists, counts, audits and orders; manage inventory and DSD; ensure asset protection audits.
• Partner with the District Manager to develop Store Action Plans responding to KPIs and P&L.
• Attend and complete trainings and assessments, including ServSafe where applicable.
