Responsibilities

• Execute strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain standards.
• Ensure store is stocked and clean; build relationships with guests/communities.
• Hire, train, supervise Team Members; coach and mentor.
• Manage labor, scheduling, and staffing for events and peak times.
• Oversee kitchen operations for productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, inventories, audits, and DSD; asset protection.
