Burlington Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations, drive sales, and deliver a world-class shopping experience. You will mentor the team, uphold our values, and partner with store leadership to run a multi-million-dollar operation.

Key duties include staffing, onboarding, coaching, inventory review, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays, with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of store operations and staff to maximize sales and service quality.
• Lead merchandising, promotions, and pricing with cross-functional partners.
• Oversee inventory processes, receiving, transfers, and RTVs for accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; model Burlington SOPs and uphold store standards.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach Associates; manage payroll and scheduling.
