Job summary

EZPAWN in Moore, OK is seeking a Sales Team Leader to coach a 3–10+ member team and deliver outstanding customer service while building lasting relationships with customers.

You will negotiate pawn and sales agreements, analyze reports, recruit and train team members, schedule work, and ensure store standards. High school or GED, 1+ year management, and background checks required; bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years in a management role.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Bilingual/Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 3 to 10+ Sales Associates.
• Negotiate pawn and sales agreements with customers.
• Analyze reports and profitability statements to inform actions.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train Team Members; monitor results.
• Schedule and assign tasks; ensure pricing and markdowns follow guidelines.
