Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of Store Associates and Supervisors to ensure policy adherence.
• Lead scheduling, staffing, and payroll budgeting.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and pricing with Merchandising.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and uphold Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar store operations and expenses.
• Provide coaching and development for team members.
• Deliver world-class customer service and store operations.
