Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Flexible schedule; including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates.
• Ensure team members fulfill their responsibilities and adhere to policies.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and pricing with the store team.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargeback paperwork for inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example and model Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi‑million dollar sales volume and expense budget with reporting and documentation.
• Recruit, screen and hire associates to meet staffing needs.
• Facilitate onboarding, coaching and structured development for all staff.
• Handle personnel and associate relations issues.
• Oversee payroll budget, workforce management and scheduling.
• Foster effective communication with district/regional teams and partners.
