Burlington Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead a multi-million-dollar store operation, delivering exceptional customer service and strong results. You will mentor and coach Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Associates while partnering with district leadership to execute initiatives and uphold our values.

The role emphasizes daily merchandising, inventory control, and operations, with a focus on timely decision-making, scheduling, and performance coaching in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software to manage store operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to implement policies and initiatives.
• Oversee merchandise placement, promotions, and pricing in collaboration with Merchandising.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargebacks to ensure accurate inventory.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD); lead by example and uphold Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expenses with reporting and records.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop store team members; handle employee relations.
