GPM Investments' fas mart in Ashland, VA is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 14. This full-time role requires open availability, including weekends and holidays, with second or third shifts.

You will support the Store Manager in daily operations and lead a team focused on customer service and store performance. You will handle cash, scheduling, inventory, training, and upselling promotions while maintaining a clean, welcoming store.

Qualifications

• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to perform cleaning, stocking, and basic store upkeep.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Strong verbal and numerical skills; English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and store deposits.
