You will recruit, hire, and train a team of associates, drive customer engagement, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet store targets. As a self-driven, high-energy leader reporting to the Regional Director, you will optimize store performance, manage payroll and inventory, and mentor 10–12 associates and leaders while

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing a retail team.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products and customer needs.
• Strong ability to engage customers and lead teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and POS systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead store operations and sales initiatives to achieve targets.
• Recruit, hire and train store associates and supervisors.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community initiatives.
• Direct daily activities of store staff in line with company goals.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Inventory Planning and Fulfillment for timely outcomes.
• Oversee payroll, inventory management and store paperwork to ensure efficiency.
• Develop and maintain merchandising guidelines to optimize the customer journey.
• Provide feedback to all levels to drive continuous improvement.
