Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional guest service. You will hire and coach team members, manage scheduling and labor costs, and uphold Casey’s CARES values.

This role requires flexibility for varied hours, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays to maintain leadership presence. You will oversee kitchen operations, inventory, and daily bookwork, while collaborating with district leadership to implement action plans and ensure

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way, coaching them to succeed and grow.
• Model and coach Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events; keep scheduling updated and communicated.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, store walks, counts, audits, and merchandise orders; manage inventory and DSD; ensure asset protection processes.
• Develop Store Action Plans with the District Manager to respond to KPIs and P&L statements.
• Attend trainings including ServSafe Food Protection Manager where applicable and ensure required trainings are completed.
