Job summary

Squishable seeks a Retail Sales Lead to coach a fast‑paced team and deliver a standout in‑store experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to align actions with company priorities and act as a brand ambassador in the local market.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience, exceptional organizational and communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a flexible schedule. You will drive sales across categories and foster a welcoming, creative workplace.

Qualifications

• Two plus years of supervisory experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence and empathy.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to transport stock and lift up to 25 lb.

Responsibilities

• Understands organizational objectives and makes decisions with Store Manager that align with company priorities and values.
• Enforces sales strategies, initiatives, and growth across all categories.
• Productivity Management: holds self and sales team accountable for personal sales.
• Acts as a brand ambassador in the local market/mall to drive brand loyalty and business.
• Resolves customer issues with a solution-oriented approach and partners with managers as appropriate.
• Develops individual and team product knowledge to stay up-to-date on all in-store products.
• Supervises the team daily, weekly, and monthly to meet goals and utilize company tools; empowers others.
• Provides constructive feedback to the Store Manager and peers.
