Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, creative customer-facing environment.
• 2–5 years of customer service experience.
• Dynamic and engaged leader with a passion for empowering and developing team members.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to balance priorities in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team including hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Set and execute store business strategies in partnership with the Regional Manager.
• Open/close the store and manage day-start and day-end cash handling.
• Maintain accurate inventory and timely restocking of merchandise.
