You will oversee departments, drive profitability, manage staff and ensure safety, sanitation, and stock levels while delivering exceptional service to shoppers.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic retail setting, with a focus on team development and consistent store performance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail management experience or similar leadership roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to give direction in a team setting.
• Ability to manage department staff including interviewing, training and evaluations.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations across all departments to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and well-stocked inventory; manage P&L responsibilities.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; handle performance issues and scheduling.
• Handle customer complaints and community relations while adhering to company policies.
