Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and guide teams to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and supervise store associates and ensure store standards and compliance.
• Lead execution of training programs and store leadership initiatives to drive store success.
