Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You’ll oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide eight weeks of leadership training and ongoing mentorship to help you grow, with flexibility in scheduling and opportunities within the Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ weeks leadership training program.
