We provide 8+ weeks of leadership training and ongoing mentorship through our Panda community to support your success at every step. This role requires flexibility, willingness to relocate within 50 miles of home, and Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week leadership training program and leverage Panda mentorship to drive your store's success.
