You will oversee all store operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, assets protection, staffing, inventory, and loss prevention, while driving sales goals and maintaining an organized, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail management experience required.
• 2-4 years sales and sales management experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team, hire, schedule, train and motivate staff.
• Address customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Manage staffing, labor, marketing, loss prevention, and store operations.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and implement new programs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Lead by example on products, services, and leadership practices.
• Drive store performance to meet monthly sales targets.
