You will ensure market-specific compliance, manage schedules, optimize stock, and drive sales while upholding the brand’s values of inclusion and growth.

You will recruit and develop teammates, coach performance, and partner with local communities to build loyalty.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service.
• Proven track record of delivering operational and financial results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for people leadership and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop team members in line with company virtues.
• Own recruitment interviews, hiring, pre-boarding, and onboarding of team members.
