Job summary

JOE & THE JUICE is seeking a Store Manager in Washington, DC, responsible for day-to-day store operations, leading a high-energy team, and delivering best-in-class guest experiences. You will ensure compliance, manage budgets, and drive sales towards EBITDA targets while maintaining a vibrant, customer-focused atmosphere.

You will lead recruitment, staff development, and shift planning, fostering a positive work culture and consistent service excellence across the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership in a retail, hospitality, or service-driven environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams to achieve results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members in alignment with company virtues and operational principles.
• Own recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and ensuring optimal team positioning.
• Develop and motivate team through structured development plans and regular feedback.
• Champion a guest-first mindset across store operations and drive guest loyalty.
• Maintain compliance with brand standards and local regulations and uphold safety.
• Develop optimal shift plans considering seasonality and store traffic, ensuring budget alignment.
• Take ownership of inventory management, stock counts, and ordering to minimize waste.
• Drive store performance, monitor EBITDA and KPIs, and implement corrective actions.
