Job summary

Miniso seeks a Store Manager to lead a dynamic Akron-area store, driving daily operations and delivering a vibrant, customer-focused experience. You will manage labor, optimize inventory, uphold merchandising standards, and promote our membership program to foster loyalty and growth.

Reporting to the Area/District Manager, you will hire, train, and develop staff, ensure SOP adherence, and strive for selling excellence while maintaining a safe, clean store environment.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in retail management with a track record of leading teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred in business or hospitality.
• Willingness to relocate or manage additional stores as needed.
• Ability to travel between locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team with energy, deliver world-class customer service, and drive sales performance.
• Manage labor, inventory, merchandising, and adherence to SOPs.
• Promote membership program to build customer loyalty and retention.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Area/District Manager and HR on employee relations.
