Job summary

You will report to the Area/District Manager and oversee a dynamic store environment, ensuring excellent service, effective training, and alignment with company values. Flexibility to travel to multiple locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team including assistants and sales staff.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and merchandising standards.

• Promote membership program to build customer loyalty.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, and visuals per guidelines.
• Recruit, train, and develop store talent; conduct evaluations.
• Maintain store safety, cash handling, and SOP compliance.
• Collaborate with Area Manager and HR on issues and performance.
