Job summary

Casey’s Store Manager position overseeing all aspects of operating a Casey’s store in Omaha, NE. You will lead, coach, and mentor a team while ensuring guest satisfaction, store cleanliness, and strong relationships with guests and the community.

You will manage labor, schedules, and daily operations, including food preparation and inventory. Opportunities for growth and bonuses are available through performance and company initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise team members; coach and mentor to success.
• Manage labor budget, staffing for regular hours and events; ensure scheduling is up to date.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Complete daily bookwork, audits, merchandise orders, and inventory; protect assets.
• Partner with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans in response to KPIs and P&L.
• Complete trainings including ServSafe Food Protection Manager where applicable.
