Burlington Stores in Washington state is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all store operations and drive sales while championing our values of trust, respect and integrity. You will mentor and coach team members, partner with other branches, and deliver a world-class shopping experience.

The role requires 5+ years of retail management in big-box or specialty settings, flexible scheduling, and the ability to lift 40 lbs. You will manage staffing, onboarding, payroll, and day-to-day operations.

Competenze

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.

Mansioni

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure policy and initiative execution.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and pricing with Merchandising leadership.
• Review receiving, transfers, RTVs, and chargebacks to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and lead by example following Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and store budget; review reporting and records.
