Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Spokane, WA. Lead a team to maximize sales while delivering a world-class shopping experience and upholding our values.

You will mentor staff, partner with other branches, and own day-to-day merchandising, operations and service management. The role demands strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to drive results, manage budgets, and build trust with customers and associates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure implementation of policies and initiatives.
• Ensure team members fulfill their responsibilities.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and pricing with Merchandising team.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargebacks for inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example and uphold Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales and expense budgets and related reports.
• Recruit, screen and hire associates to meet staffing needs.
• Onboard and train new associates; provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Handle personnel and associate relations issues.
• Oversee payroll budget, scheduling, and workforce management.
• Foster effective communication across store, district, and regional teams.
