Squishable.com, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will lead a team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, and creative customer-facing environment.
• 2–5 years of customer service experience.
• Dynamic leader with ability to empower, inspire, motivate, teach, and develop teammates.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team, including hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training.
• Set and execute business strategies for the store in partnership with the Regional Manager.
• Open and close the store and manage day-start/day-end cash handling.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and restock merchandise on the floor.
• Maintain merchandise presentation to a high standard and foster a fun store environment.
• Support all POS transactions and respond to customer inquiries.
• Adhere to company policies, practices, and safety standards.
