Squishable.com, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and mentor a small team. You will oversee hiring, training, cash handling, inventory, and visual presentation to create a fun, high-energy shopping experience.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in retail management, strong customer service skills, and a collaborative mindset. The role offers $23–$25 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail management in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• 2–5 years of customer service experience.
• Passion for people; empowering and developing team members.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and maintain high-performance standards.
• High emotional intelligence; able to work with diverse teams.
• Team player who fosters collaboration.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to transport stock, lifting cartons up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team including hiring and onboarding.
• Set and execute business strategies for the store with the Regional Manager.
• Open and close the store and manage day-start/day-end cash handling.
• Ensure accurate inventory and timely restocking of merchandise.
• Maintain high presentation standards for merchandise.
• Keep store environment enthusiastic, fun, and customer-focused.
• Support all POS transactions and customer inquiries.
• Adhere to company policies, practices, and safety standards.
